Cancelled Annual Meeting


The Sat., March 28th, 2020 Annual HOA meeting at the Greer library has been cancelled. Per Greenville library system, all meeting rooms will not be available until further notice due to COVID-19 virus precautions.


The Association’s Board will continue to function while seeking a volunteer to fill in for the position of Secretary. Anyone interested should contact either the President, Treasure or Property Manager- Lesa Vermillion via email.


Every community has its challenges. They are resolved when people work together and find a solution. Getting involved by volunteering is a good way to maintain harmony in a community. It’s not uncommon to find HOAs where members don’t participate because these are the ones that fall apart; the properties are not maintained and their values decline. We don’t have this problem but we don’t want to wait until it gets to this point either. So please, volunteer when you can.


We are hopeful this epidemic will pass without infecting anyone in our community. Please take appropriate precautions and if infected let our Board or Property Manager know.

2020 Annual Association Meeting

The 2020 Annual Homeowners Association Meeting date will be announced by January 2020.

The Board of Directors encourage interested homeowners to consider volunteering. Homeowners should also understand it’s everyone’s responsibility to participate in the governing of our HOA in some capacity. Prior experience is good but not required. Communities are stronger when everyone understands how HOAs function, their purpose and the unfairness to community and individuals when the same people volunteer year after year. Besides board positions there are committees such as ARC, Beautification, Communications and Welcoming available. The Architectural Review Committee should consist of odd numbers of members in order to avoid a tie with decisions.

For those who complain about the way things are run, now is the time for your contribution. Board members are required to meet at least once each quarter. To support and assist new volunteers we will be returning to full property management with a premier CAI certified property management company.

Heather Hills Homeowners Association welcomes all new homeowners and reminds everyone we continue to be a desirable location while maintaining strong property values.

Annual Meeting Rescheduled

Unable to establish a quorum, we have had to reschedule our Annual meeting this year. The meeting location has also changed due to restructuring of the last location. If you are unable to attend please be sure to mail in your PROXY prior to March 2nd, 2019. The Annual Meeting Notice sent out by our property manager will have all the information you need in advance.

The new location is just as close as the old so we hope there’s no inconvenience and will see you there.

2019 Covenant Changes

After a review of our Covenant in 2018 the Board of Directors made some changes to the Use Restrictions and Rules. The ARC Committee will be enforcing these new rules after proper notification. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Covenant and review the new resolution in our document section and contact the Board or Committee if you have any questions. If you are interested in participating as a volunteer in our community look no further. Positions are available each year whether it be on the Board or a Committee. New Board Officers will be voted on during our Annual Meeting however committee members can join anytime. The different committees are: ARC, Beautification, Communications and Welcoming.

Cars blocking Entrance

Safety is everyone’s concern.

When picking your child up at the bus stop after school please be sure you’re not blocking our community entrance. Parking on the side of the road to close to the entrance is interfering with traffic entering and exiting our community. Thank you for your cooperation.
