March Annual Meeting

The 2020 rescheduled Annual Meeting on Feb. 29th was cancelled due to a lack of participation. The next scheduled date for our Annual Meeting is Sat. March 28th, 2020 – same place, same time; Greer Library (Davenport room), 3:15 pm – 5:00 pm.

There is an opportunity for three (3) new officers to be elected on the Board of Directors this year. The meeting typically lasts for one hour even though the room is booked for two.

For those homeowners unhappy with some of our Use Restrictions and Rules may I remind you that they can be changed with a 2/3 community vote. So don’t sit home brewing over some rule you disagree with, you may not be alone and all it takes is getting organized. Remember, everyone in the community has a voice.

Today Heather Hills Annual meeting was cancelled due to a lack of members attending to form a quorum.

Meeting was rescheduled for Sat., Feb. 29th, 2020, same location and time: Greer Library, 3:15 pm – 5:00 pm.

No food is allowed however, bottled water is ok.

The Board appreciates everyone who showed up and looks forward to seeing you again Feb. 29th.

For those who have an interest in volunteering for a board position or committee please make a point of showing up next time, our community needs you!

2020 Annual HOA Meeting Update


Saturday, February 1st, 2020 3:15 pm – 5:00 pm

Greer Library: 505 Pennsylvania Ave ( adjacent to Greer Post Office)

The meeting will be conducted in the Davenport Meeting room at the Greer Library, 505 Pennsylvania Ave on 2/1/2020 @3:15 – 5 pm.

Bottled water is ok but food will not be allowed.

Either before or after the meeting (not sure yet), for those interested, library staff would like to talk about the recent renovation and services offered by the library.

2019 Board of Directors

The Annual Homeowners meeting for 2019 was on Feb 16th but when a quorum was not achieved it was rescheduled for March 9th. On that day four homeowners showed up, still not enough for a quorum, the meeting was cancelled. After consulting with our property management the board was advised to continue with the same officers until 2020. Next year’s Annual meeting will proceed with the normal process of electing new officers.

The board is composed of three volunteer positions: President, Secretary and Treasurer, each serving one(1) three year term. All interested members are incouraged to run for office. Inexperienced people need not worry, you are not expected to know what to do which is why literature and other board members are there to help. Although it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, the experience is valuable to both the individual and the community. There are other volunteer positions available too such as the committees: ARC, Beautification, Communications and Welcoming. If interested please contact one of the board members or email

Annual Homeowners Meeting


The Annual HOA Meeting has been rescheduled for Monday March 26th, 2018 at 6:30 pm, Grace United Methodist Church, Taylors Road, Greer, Sc 29651. If you are unable to attend please send in your Proxies. The Directors will conduct their first quarter board meeting right after the Annual unless time does not permit.

2018 Annual Homeowners Meeting

On Monday, Feb. 12th, 2018,  7:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Grace United Methodist Church, 627 Taylor Road, Greer, Sc 29651 Heather Hills community will conduct their ANNUAL Homeowners Meeting.

All homeowners and residence are welcome to attend but if you’re unable to we ask that you please fill out the attached PROXY form in the information packet you will be receiving soon. Fill it out and mail it in (address is attached) or deliver it to one of the Board members.

There is one opening on the Board of Directors this year if anyone is interested in getting involved. Not interested in the board, how about joining a committee?

The 2017 Annual Homeowner’s Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 26th 2017, 7:00 pm at Grace Methodist Church, 627 Taylor Road 29651.
Homeowners will be mailed a packet of information sometime in Dec / Jan with all the details such as; agenda, proxies, financials, officer election and dues statement, etc.
